I have been wanting to start a blog for awhile more for me to just put my thoughts down rather than for other people to necessarily to read. If people do want to read though and are inspired by any of my ramblings then that’s ok with me too :). Zach (my husband) and I are starting the Whole 30 diet plan tomorrow. Basically, for 30 days you can only eat true whole foods such as meat, fruit, veggies, and nuts. No sugar, grains, beans, or dairy. It’s a stricter version of the paleo diet. I just had a baby 2 months ago and I am ready to kick start my body back into shape. I’m going to try to keep a daily log going on here for how it’s going in order to help keep myself accountable and to maybe inspire someone else if they want to do it. I am hoping to see amazing results in my energy level like so many people have said they received……we’ll see :). We are headed to Plano today to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s to stock up on food. I think I am most nervous about all of the cooking this requires while having a 2 month old and a 23 month old. I have done virtually no cooking since I had Maddox. I know it will be tough, but it’s only for 30 days and I know I can commit to anything for 30 days. Wish us luck and check in daily if you are interested for how it is going.
